More awkward questions

Walter Jackson Freeman II and Marjorie Lorne Franklin were married on November 3, 1924.

Lorne Freeman was born on July 31, 1925.

That's 270 days, or thirty-eight weeks and four days, or a little less than nine months.

I mean it's not impossible. In his autobiography Walter says he thinks Lorne was conceived on his and Marjorie's wedding night. But he would say that, wouldn't he? And he wasn't exactly a reliable narrator. Just look at the difference between his account of Watts's first observation of a transorbital lobotomy ("Walter, can I watch that new procedure of yours?") and Watts's account of Watts's first observation of a transorbital lobotomy ("Walter, what the hell are you doing???").

I really really want to ask Doctor Three about this. But it seems really really inappropriate to do so. But where's the line between appropriate and inappropriate when you're talking about his father?
