The Sorrows of Young Werewolf

Look at my shimmering throat

I know, you're all WTF why has eyeteeth been spamming us with drawings of pigeons and complaints about the passive voice? I don't know why I've been posting so much lately, unless it's because it's spring and I feel the need to flap my arms and announce my presence to the universe, much as the pigeon cock feels the need to bob and whirl before the indifferent hen.

Behold, therefore, a slight innovation in stix! That's fifteen-year-old Maisie, Declan's daughter from the stories about Zeppo and friends I sometimes write, and she has a lot on her mind, but what's more important is that she has tiny little breasts. And because of them she is wearing an actual shirt, rather than the triangular ideogram of a shirt I have always drawn before. It's a small difference really, but it feels significant.

An unintended bonus of hollowing out the front of Maisie's shirt to give her a chest is that it also seems to make her hunch over a little. Bad posture goes perfectly with the disgruntled expression and terrible hair in my image of a fifteen-year-old girl. I should have put a volume of Plath in her hand.
