The preferred projectile weapon of intellectuals and lunatics

In looking for some old drawings I did of Walter Freeman's famous neurosciencey grandfather and his famous mountain-climbing aunt, I dug out a bunch of old stuff, mainly things I drew at Mammon in an attempt to look busy and/or keep myself awake. I was going to post all of them but I have too much work to do before bed so I'll do it later. But here's a guy I came up with when I was drawing editing superheroes, who came out rather more like Linus Van Pelt than I had intended:

"Crash" is a typesetting term; I'll leave you to figure out "Topaz" on your own.
